When you know the date, the number and sizes of the costumes that you require contact us at customerservice@virtuosodancehire.com.au or phone Natalie on 0409 149 885 or Deborah on 0407 476 480 to verify that your selected item(s) is available.  We will then email or post you a Hire Agreement Form as well as an invoice.   To secure your order we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  You will be invoiced separately for the balance of the order,  security deposit, cleaning fee and any postal charges, with the outstanding balance to be paid at least one week prior to the dispatch/collection of your order.     Your security deposit is usually the total cost of your costume hire fee, or $100.00 for our competition tutus, and is returned to you once the costumes have been returned to us and all of the conditions in the Hire Agreement have been met.    We accept Paypal as well as direct deposit to our bank account.

The hire period is for 3 weeks .  Please ensure that all costumes are returned to Virtuoso Dance Hire by the due date to ensure no extra fees are payable.  If you require longer than three weeks please contact us for details of additional hire fees.

Returning costumes to Virtuoso Dance Hire couldn’t be simpler.  There is no need to clean your outfits prior to returning them to us, as the cost of cleaning and sanitising your costumes is included in your hire agreement.  We charge a cleaning fee of $10.00 per hire agreement and we issue a separate hire agreement for each different product that you hire eg.  if you wish to hire twenty Tiffany costumes, fifteen Nursery Rhyme costumes and  our White Pearl tutu, the cleaning fee would total $30.00.  Return postage is prepaid and is included in your original invoice, so you simply need to pack your costumes (we recommend that you use the original packaging) and return the parcel to your local post office with the Reply Paid postage label that we provide. 

We allow minor alterations of seams and lengths to our costumes as we understand that no two dancers are the same shape or size.  Please return all costumes to their original condition before returning them to us.

Once the costumes have been returned to us in the condition that they were delivered and all the conditions in the Hire Agreement Form have been met, the security deposit will be returned.
