I have never rented
before.How does renting a dance costume
work?
After contacting us to see if your selected costume(s) is
available, we will email you a Hire Agreement Form and an invoice.We require payment of the security deposit,
the full balance of your order, postal charges and cleaning fees to be paid
prior to the dispatch of your order.
What payment methods
do you accept?
We accept Paypal (which includes Visa and Mastercard) as
well as direct deposit to our bank account.
Who cleans the
costumes?
We ask that you do not attempt to clean your hire
costumes.We include a $10.00 cleaning
charge per hire agreement and all costumes are cleaned and sanitised by us upon
return.
Do you hire costumes
for parties?
Our costumes are only available for dance, theatre and
photography.We do not offer party hire.
When will my security
deposit be returned?
Your security deposit will be returned to you, by the
original payment method, once we have received your costume(s) in the condition
that they were dispatched and the terms of the hire agreement have been
met. If you return an item to us that is
damaged or heavily soiled then we will be required to deduct the cost of
cleaning and/or repair from your security deposit. In the event of lost costumes or where the
costume has been damaged beyond repair, the full security deposit will be
forfeited. If the costume(s) are
returned late then additional fees may also be deducted from your deposit.
Do you have a sizing
chart?
We have a general sizing chart shown below, however as our
costumes are sourced from many different manufacturers worldwide, please use
the measurements as a guide only.Where
youth sizes are shown on our website, this indicates that the costume may be
similar in size to an adult, however the cut of the costume makes it more
suitable for a youth dancer.Our sizing
chart refers to troupe costumes only, as individual measurements are shown for each
of our competition tutus on our website.
